The Los Angeles Department of Public Health has shut down Caffe Primo.  There is a “Notice of Closure” sign on the window of the restaurant at the corner of Flower and Wilshire.  The sign cites Section 114259.1 Vermin Infestation.

img_7020According to the public records online, an inspector found 5 violations during the July 19th inspection.  Those violations include “No rodents, insects, birds or animals” and “proper hot and cold holding temperatures.”  Overall, Caffe Prime was given a “C” rating with a 71 score out of 100.

The place had a minor violation of the “No rodents, insects, birds or animals” code during an inspection back in March.  EEEWWWWW!
