THE BRIKS RESTAURANT SERVES UP ONE FUNKY BRUNCH

img_6446DTLAexplorer first told you about The Briks restaurant back in April 2015.  If you have not been there yet, here’s yet another reason you need to check this place out… the Funky Brunch.  The Briks serves up some an amazing breakfast/lunch menu.  Seriously, look at the Bananas Foster French Toast ($13).  It comes with two eggs and your choice of bacon, merguez or fruit.  It tastes as good as it looks.

And then there is the Breakfast Wet Burrito ($13) filled with you choice of meat, scrambled eggs, potatoes, peppers, mushrooms and cheese, topped with avocado and a mild harissa sauce.  Amazing!

If you are like my husband and want a more healthy (I say boring) brunch, then order the Spinach Salad  ($11) made with baby heirloom tomatoes, radish and pine nuts, then topped with poached eggs and a lavender Dijon vinaigrette.

Seriously, why haven’t you made your brunch reservations next?  The Briks is awesome!
