DTLA is getting another sushi restaurant. According to a call to the restaurant, Sakana Sushi in La Canada is getting ready to open a second location on 9th Street in the base of the Level apartment building. According the restaurant’s website, “Sakana is about simplicity, uniqueness, good value, good taste, along with great service and kid-friendly.” They pride themselves on making their guests become regulars, which is perfect for everyone living in DTLA.
Right now they are working on the interior of the restaurant. The only exterior signage is the public notice of application to sell alcoholic beverages. There is no official word on when the restaurant will open.
