Ramen Burger is back! The little walk-up window restaurant in Koreatown shutdown months ago, but REJOICE you can get the original Ramen Burger again at Smorgasburg LA. The original Ramen Burger is one of the best foods ever created, so when the restaurant closed down, I was devastated. Now imagine my delight when I was at Smorgasburg this past weekend and found Ramen Burger again.
If you have never had a Ramen Burger ($10), it’s a 100% Angus beef patty sandwiched between two buns made of freshly cut ramen noodles. They noodles are pressed together like a bun. It’s topped with baby arugula, green onions and a special shoyu glaze. It’s a hamburger and ramen noodles at the same time. Perfection. The Ramen Burger isn’t the easist thing to eat, but they are so delicious. Don’t leave Smorgasburg without a Ramen Burger.
