WITTMORE IS A MODERN MENSWEAR DREAM DESTINATION IN DTLA’S ARTS DISTRICT

imageHey Guys… you need to check out Wittmore, a modern menswear store located in The Yards shopping area of One Sante Fe.  This 1,100 square foot boutique is filled with men’s designer clothing, accessories and grooming needs.  GQ magazine recently called Wittmore “the Chillest New Store in L.A.’s Hottest Hood.”  The store describes itself as a “modern and approachable lifestyle shop, offering clean, smartly edited clothing, accessories, grooming supplies and gifts from brands with a global perspective.” We stopped in the other day and were pleasantly surprised by the selection.  I wanted almost everything in the store, but ended up buying just a new Helmut Lang pullover.

The original Wittmore opened on Third Street in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles.  About opening a second store in DTLA’s Arts District, the store’s founder Paul Witt told la.racked.com, “We’ve been searching for the right spot for Wittmore in DTLA for nearly two years. We spend so much time in the Arts District, because it’s home to many friends and local businesses that we have relationships with. We are proud to be a part of the [area’s] expanding cultural fabric.”

Next time you are near One Sante Fe, be sure to check out Wittmore.  While you are there grab lunch next door at the vegan restaurant Cafe Gratitude.
