The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in DTLA has opened its 24th Annual Art of Motion Picture Costume Design exhibit… and it’s FREE!  The exhibit features more than 100 costumes from 24 of 2015’s biggest movies.   This is your opportunity to see the exquisite designs and craftsmanship created by Hollywood’s top costume designers, including dress worn by Lily James in Cinderella, the costumes worn by Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy in The Revenant, plus costumes from Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

There are also costumes from the Oscar nominated films The Danish Girl, Brooklyn and Mad Max: Fury Road, plus films ranging from Far from the Madding Crowd to Kingsman: The Secret Service to Pitch Perfect 2.

The exhibit runs through April 30th.  The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm.  And once again… it’s FREE!
