First it was the Los Angeles Brewing Company, then it became the L.A. Brew Co. It was featured on Spike TV’s Bar Rescue, but closed down a short time later. Now the restaurant space at 750 So. Broadway on the ground level of the historic Chapman Building will re-open once again… this time as the Los Angeles Biergarten. According to a banner now hanging in front of the restaurant, Los Angeles Beirgarten will feature 100 beers on draft, 100 bottled beers, spirits and have a whiskey bar on the mezzanine level. There is no word on an opening date, but they appear to be hiring a full restaurant staff including managers, bartenders, line cooks, prep cooks, servers and kitchen staff.
